It seems like the demand for short-term leases has picked up in Decatur and Ripley Counties recently.  First, we had the construction of the Honda plant in Greensburg and now the Rex Pipeline is coming through.  I'm been amazed to meet some of the people who literally spend their lives following their job as it moves.  There were at least a dozen people we met who worked on the Honda construction who had spent as much as 12 years moving across the country, staying each place a few months at a time while a plant or factory was built, then moving to a new town again.  Some of them brought their campers with them from place to place but others were looking for short-term leases on apartments or houses.  I know that some companies hate short term leases but I think these people are perfect for house or apartment short-term rentals!  They may only be around a short time but they're responsible and trustworthy--great residents.  Get info on houses and apartments available in Greensburg and throughout southeastern Indiana
